- Limitation of Liability: Latifdevelop. tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the developed game. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to meet their obligations or breaches these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered, and payments will be settled based on the work completed.
